Introduction

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 1988, Mr. Kinnaird was called to the Bar in 1990. After articling with the law firm of Green and Spiegel, under the Honourable Mr. Justice Harvey Spiegel, before his appointment to the Ontario Superior Court, and after an association with the commercial litigation law firm of Zaldin and Fine, and engaged by Howard Levitt in his employment law practice, Mr. Kinnaird established himself as a sole practitioner. Mr. Kinnaird provides primarily civil litigation services with an emphasis upon both family law and corporate/commercial matters. He has recently become associated with Jane Harvey Associates providing exclusively litigation services for the GTA region.
